Lionel's Story

My career started in an undercover Unite Elite called Duvdevan, in which I learned what excellence, brotherhood, and leadership are about.

From one of many operations, I understood the value of Life when a bullet passed a few centimeters above my head.

I then dedicated a decade of my life protecting others’ lives as an Intelligence Officer while always pursuing personal goals I would achieve every year.

Because every second matters.

The day I identified a similar market pain experienced by three industries I was familiar with, I moved to entrepreneurship to solve it. I will never forget this multi-year journey in the performance management field. In this – second – uncertain world, I am thankful for every success I had but even more, for a specific failure I experienced in early 2015. That day, I came to the conclusion that everything is measurable, including Life and Innovation.

» Life can be Measured » rapidly became a life’s philosophy around which I built personal dashboards (used by thousands of people), Performance dashboards to increase Team’s Productivity, and an Executive Dashboard designed for CEO’s.

I use the three of them; They help me to achieve all my personal and professional goals.
